Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the CopLog AI websites, mobile application, APIs, and related services. By using CopLog, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting connected accounts, devices, API keys, and integration credentials.
The service
CopLog helps resellers organize order, shipment, inventory, and performance information. Automated extraction, shipping status, valuations, and analytics can be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing records and for business, tax, fulfillment, purchasing, and financial decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
CopLog may offer free and paid SaaS plans. Paid plans are purchased and managed on the CopLog website through Stripe, not through the mobile app. Prices, billing periods, included usage, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions continue until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not ordinarily refund an already-started billing period except where required by law.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant CopLog the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, and transmit that data to provide the features you enable. You represent that you have authority to connect mailboxes, webhooks, stores, and other data sources used with your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use CopLog to violate law or third-party rights; access another person’s account or communications without authorization; distribute malware; evade service limits; probe or disrupt infrastructure; automate abusive purchasing; or process prohibited, stolen, or unlawfully obtained data.
Third-party services
Features may depend on Apple, Discord, Google, Microsoft, Stripe, Expo, Cloudflare, shipping carriers, AI providers, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their agreements, and CopLog is not responsible for outages or changes outside its control.
Account deletion
You may permanently delete your account from the mobile app under Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible and removes access to your CopLog records. Active CopLog billing is canceled as part of deletion before operational data is removed. Records required by law may be retained in minimized or anonymized form.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access needed to protect users, providers, or the service; respond to legal requirements; investigate abuse; or address unpaid charges. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Disclaimers
CopLog is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery estimates, AI outputs, profits, or the accuracy of third-party data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CopLog will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
