Privacy Policy

Effective August 5, 2026

CopLog AI is an order-management service for resellers. This policy explains what information CopLog processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to account holders.

Information we collect

  • Account information: identifiers and profile details received from Apple or Discord when you choose that sign-in method.
  • Order and inventory information: merchant, item, price, shipment, fulfillment, and resale details you submit or import.
  • Connected mailbox information: credentials or OAuth tokens and messages needed to identify and update purchase records. CopLog is not intended to ingest unrelated personal correspondence.
  • Configuration and support information: notification preferences, encrypted integration secrets, support messages, and diagnostic details.
  • Device and security information: sessions, IP-derived security hashes, push installation identifiers, generic delivery status, and operational audit events.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, ingest and normalize order records, provide search and analytics, deliver fulfillment and notification features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

AI processing

When automated extraction is enabled, relevant receipt or order content may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce structured order data. CopLog limits this processing to service delivery. Provider choices and credentials can be managed in Settings where available.

Service providers

CopLog relies on infrastructure and feature providers that may process limited data on our behalf, including Cloudflare, Stripe, Expo, Apple, Discord, connected email providers, shipping services, and configured AI providers. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Security

CopLog uses transport encryption, hashed session and API credentials, and encryption at rest for sensitive mailbox, webhook, profile, and provider secrets. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Data retention and deletion

Operational account data is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can initiate permanent account deletion in the mobile app under Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion removes CopLog sessions, integrations, imported messages, order records, settings, notifications, and device registrations. Limited transaction, security, or legal records may be retained only where required by law or to resolve disputes, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

Deleting CopLog data does not automatically remove permissions previously granted in Apple, Google, Microsoft, Discord, or other provider accounts; those permissions can also be reviewed in each provider’s account controls.

Your choices

You may disconnect integrations, disable notification channels, update account settings, sign out a device, or delete the account in-app. To request access, correction, or other privacy assistance, contact [email protected].

Children

CopLog is intended for adults operating resale businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
